Don’t bite me 
like ravioli
or dip me in chipotle
my mind’s become unhinged
while I know that makes you cringe
though life is somewhat fringed and so unscripted,
not at all what we predicted
when first we embarked upon this road. 
Don’t love me
and leave me
or we’ll implode.
